This week our Live chat is with @matthewcurtishair. Matthew runs a multi chain salon group and our very first live guest, during the peak of the pandemic when salons were closed and unsure of a re-opening date.
When salons did re-open on 4th July, very strict guidelines were put in place and PPE guidance from the government is still under constant review, it’s been an uncertain time for lots of salon chains.
Our captain @jasoncrozier will be talking to Matthew about how salon life has changed, running a business during the pandemic and the challenges of keeping a team motivated. PPE has become part of daily salon life for his staff and customers and Matthew will talk us through how this involves immense planning and clear communications with the team.
